Tired of bumping into yourself?
We are all our own biggest limitation, that is the human condition, the price of consciousness
By virtue of our family, socialisation, education, and culture a large portion of who we are is unknown to us and yet plays a significant role in our daily lives.
“THAT WHICH COMES FROM WITHIN US WHICH WE DO NOT ATTEND TO, UNDERSTAND AND RESOLVE RETURNS TO US FROM THE EXTERNAL WORLD AND WE CALL FATE”
Everybody who wants to exceed their limitations and harness their unknown potential needs to be guided.
Our self-knowledge is complete, we know everything we need to know about ourselves, we just need to be shown how to find this awareness.

The knowledge about ourselves we most need to discover is often hidden in the places we are least likely to look.
The path to self-awareness is crucial, it is never about making you a better person, rather a more balanced one
In balance lies our real potential.
A developed ability to grasp and harness all our skills is where success and performance lie.

We all need to be guided in how we view ourselves, shown what we need to see to unlock the potential of our true self.

I draw inspiration from a wide range of sources, some based on classic psychological theories, some in applied approaches, and others in behavioral and sociological sciences.
- Jungian psychology provides invaluable insights into the shadow aspects of our personality and how these influence our conscious experience of ourselves and the world.
- Logotherapy provides essential understanding what motivates us. Those who clearly understand WHY they do what they do can tackle any How
- Humanistic theories guide perceptions of self-awareness and reflection.
- Freudian analysis unearths the fundementals of ego development and its effects on how we experience ourselves and others.
My approach
Developing self-awareness (not self-esteem) is the key to fulfilling potential, exceeding one’s own expectations, and living well.
My coaching is centered on guiding my clients to an honest understanding of who they are in totality such they are aware of all the factors (internal & external) at play in their lives.
